1. Enhanced disease control measures for COVID-19 in all provinces
1.1 Closure of entertainment venues
1.2 Prohibition of alcohol sales and consumption in restaurants
1.3 Suspension of activities with gatherings of more than 50 people
1.4 Cancellation of social events, except for family members
2. Grouping provinces based on the situation into 2 categories
2.1 Red zone: 18 provinces including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Tak, Suphan Buri, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon, Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Sa Kaeo, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chonburi, Rayong, Phuket, and Songkhla
2.2 Orange zone: 59 provinces (excluding red zone provinces)
3. Controlled activities in all areas
3.1 Restaurants in red zones may operate until 21:00, while those in orange zones may operate until 23:00, with a prohibition on alcohol sales and consumption
3.2 Closure of service venues, entertainment venues, pubs, bars, and massage parlors
3.3 Shopping malls may operate normally, except amusement parks which must limit the number of visitors and suspend promotional activities
3.4 Educational institutions at all levels and tutoring centers must suspend in-person classes
3.5 Outdoor exercise facilities, gyms, and fitness centers may operate normally with competitions allowed but limited to spectators and participants
4. Law enforcement measures to control the COVID-19 outbreak
4.1 Private hospitals refusing to accept COVID-19 patients will face administrative penalties under Section 49 of the Hospital Act 1991 and criminal penalties under Section 66 of the Hospital Act 1991, with imprisonment of up to two years or a fine of up to 40,000 baht, or both
4.2 Failure to report to disease control officials upon discovering a COVID-19 patient will incur penalties under the Communicable Diseases Act 2015, Section 50, with a fine of up to 20,000 baht
4.3 Violating orders from the provincial or Bangkok communicable disease committee will incur penalties under the Communicable Diseases Act 2015, Section 52, with imprisonment of up to one year or a fine of up to 100,000 baht, or both
4.4 Concealing the timeline of a suspected COVID-19 case will incur penalties under the Communicable Diseases Act 2015, Section 34, paragraph two, where disease control officials have the authority to investigate according to guidelines set by the Minister of Public Health
